CEO AND FOUNDER

Gioacchino Gaudioso (Gio)

Gio founded Uppwise bringing into the Company his wide experience and vision in the PPM Market, gained as startupper and founder of a number of software & cloud-services companies.

 

During the last two years he has led the company transformation, shifting from the offering of a traditional PPM product to a new suite of SPM, APM and CWM products, designed to help Enterprises to convert strategic intents into value, at the fastest possible pace.

 

In his free time Gio loves trekking in the Dolomites where he can reconnect to the beauty of an unspoiled nature.

PRODUCT MANAGER
Hans Van der Burg

As Head of Product, Hans is leading the Uppwise product strategy and execution. He has more than 20 years of Project Portfolio Management experience.

 

Prior to Uppwise, Hans worked for a number of global enterprises where he contributed to the implementation of PPM products.

 

Hans is an open thinker with a deep passion for IT and PPM. He also led several initiatives to innovate PPM, including the implementation of semantic models to maximize information integration and set the basis of AI capabilities in PPM software.

 

When not brainstorming with Gio on Uppwise roadmap, Hans loves relaxing while cruising in the lakes around his home close to Amsterdam.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Mauro Contini

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Mauro is responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology to help improve and create new products, to finally increase business. He keeps the focus on technical aspects of the company’s strategy for alignment with its business goals ensuring the technological resources satisfy the company’s short and long-term needs.

 

Mauro has a long experience made in every role of a development team, from the technical to the managerial side. This lets him understand the needs of any organisation member and demonstrate leadership, decision-making, management, and business strategy skills.

 

When he is not pushing the team for making Uppwise products better, he loves to enjoy Sardinian beaches and DIY activities at home.

HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Ravi Gupta

Ravi leads products development team.

 

He uses his deep analytical and management expertise to emphasize and improve the quality and the efficiency of the software development process at Uppwise.

 

Ravi has an innate curiosity for technology, resulting in a continuous research of new solutions which can improve Uppwise products and anticipate customer and market expectations, ensuring we remain one of the market leaders.

 

When not being stalked by Gio and Hans, Ravi loves to relax driving his Royal Enfield motorbike around New Delhi.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Ilaria Pirovano

Ilaria is in charge of Uppwise brand reputation and to increase demand generation helping our customers to better understand the value of Uppwise Solutions based on their specific needs.

 

Based on her experience in the Software Industry, in Uppwise she provides her support to manage Sales and Marketing tasks. She loves new challenges and she really focus on guiding our clients on their journey to Uppwise.

 

Outside of work, she loves to have fun, relax in nature, cheers on her favourite soccer team and enjoy pole dancing.
